ejecting a claim that they weren't flight risks, a judge today denied a motion by lawyers for Saddan Rather and Qerry campaign fundraiser and senior advisor Ben Barnes, both indicted of truthocide in the mass murders of the entire Mainst Reammedia family, that the two be released on bail.

Citing affidavits that each was "a model, upright and trustworthy servant of the Dhimmicratic party," the defendant's lawyers told Court of Public Opinion judge Americanel Ectorate that both would appear for trial before her court to face the counts of murder. The judge reviewed the indictment first, noting the heinousness of the crime. "This cold-blooded and obviously premeditated killing of C. Bogus Stories and her relatives' credibility is the worst I've ever seen," Judge Ectorate said. She then noted that the affidavits offered by lawyers were not convincing, being either clearly forged themselves or signed by Hanoi John F'in' al-Qerry and other Dhimmicrats named in the indictment. After denying the defendants bail, she ordered both to remain in custody following the blogceedings.

Ms. Stories and her kin all suffered a massive memoforgerary last Wednesday following the ruthless poisoning of their trustworthiness.
